Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Once a social media audit or consultation has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, as our service is based on customized analysis and time spent on your project.

If you are unsatisfied with the service or feel that it does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your report. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns and improve your experience.

3. Service Adjustments

In cases where you feel that a report or audit did not meet the agreed-upon standards, we may offer adjustments or corrections to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • If the service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe, and no prior communication was made to inform you of delays.
  • If there was a technical issue on our part that prevented the service from being delivered properly.
